At Bhum, we pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time, especially as a small but dedicated team. We work hard to ensure your order is out the door as soon as possible. However, we kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days for processing your order.
During Black Friday and other high-demand periods, our processing times may extend. Specifically, Black Friday orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these times!
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, even if the item is unused. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we’re here to help resolve any issues. Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damage, or incorrect items. Our team will work with you to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate your needs, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any specific questions or concerns about your item, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase. Refunds
If a refund is deemed necessary, we will issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
