We partner with a select network of trusted Long Island, NY farmers who uphold strict ethical and sustainable farming practices. This allows us to produce a suet tallow that is traceable, originating from no more than a few head of cattle, ensuring transparency and exceptional quality. By exclusively sourcing from premier, family-run farms renowned for their integrity, we maintain strict standards that guarantee a tallow free from contaminants, additives, and subpar blending while reinforcing our commitment to regenerative agriculture and supporting small-scale farms.

The commercial scarcity of premium suet makes it challenging to source in large volumes, aligning flawlessly with our commitment to quality over unsustainable quantity. Maintaining small-scale operations throughout our growth will ensure every jar meets the same rigorous standards as on day one. Partnering with ethical, grass-fed farmers allows us to source suet responsibly while supporting their work year-round. Traditionally reserved for farmers themselves, suet remains a “hidden gem” of the beef industry. Well, guess the secret is out.

Unlike non-pastured, grain-fed tallows made from processing waste, our suet tallow is crafted exclusively from the visceral fats of grass-fed, grass-finished cattle and dairy cows. Sourced from renowned Long Island, NY farms, this premium-grade tallow boasts a naturally superior nutrient profile, enriched with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K), omega-3 and -9, and non-omega fatty acids like stearic, and palmitic acids.
